These Terms are an agreement between you and OvroIT, the developer of MCQ Hub. By creating an account or using the MCQ Hub app or website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use MCQ Hub.

You must be at least 15 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian knows you use MCQ Hub, and you need their permission before buying credits.

Give accurate details, keep your password secret and use only one account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Credits unlock model tests, live tests and other premium features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and belong to your account only.

You can get credits from the sign-up bonus (once your email is verified), referral rewards, optional rewarded ads in the app, or by buying them on the MCQ Hub website. Credits are not sold inside the Android app.

Purchased credits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or a payment was taken in error. Credits are forfeited when an account is deleted.

We may correct credits received through a system error, and remove credits gained through fraud or by breaking these Terms.

A friend can enter your referral code once, within 7 days of joining. You receive the referral reward after they finish their first test. Bonus amounts are shown in the app and may change.

Creating fake, duplicate or automated accounts to collect bonuses is not allowed. We may cancel such bonuses and close the accounts involved.

Do not cheat in live tests, share live-test questions while a test is running, use bots or scripts, interfere with the service or try to get around its security, or copy, publish or sell our questions and explanations.

Question reports and other things you send us must be honest and respectful.

Questions, explanations, designs and other content in MCQ Hub belong to OvroIT or its licensors and are provided for your personal study only.

We work hard to keep answers correct; if you spot a mistake, please use the Report button. MCQ Hub is a practice tool. It is not connected to any exam authority and does not guarantee results in any exam.

We may add, change, pause or remove features, tests and credit prices. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. To the extent allowed by law, MCQ Hub is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We may update them and will show the new date at the top; continuing to use MCQ Hub means you accept the updated Terms. Contact: OvroIT, mcqhub@ovroit.com.
