Option 1 · In the app (instant)
- 1Open the MCQ Hub app and tap the menu (☰) at the top left.
- 2Tap Settings.
- 3Tap Delete account, then confirm twice.
Your account and its data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 · Request by email
No access to the app? Email mcqhub@ovroit.com from the address you use for MCQ Hub, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
Email a deletion requestWhat is deleted
- Profile: name, email address, phone number and password
- Progress: answers, test results, scores, streaks and rankings
- Bookmarked questions and question reports
- Referral code, referrals and the full credit history
What is kept
- Records of website purchases (pack, amount, date and gateway transaction ID), for as long as accounting and tax law requires — with your name, email and phone number removed.
- Deleted data can remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.
Remaining credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
